Since 1975, KS Group has been a leading player in the Petroleum products industry. From factories to transportation fleets, our petroleum found its way into every corner of industries, driving growth and innovation. With a wide distribution network, we have expanded our reach to serve every nook and corner of North Bengal. We collaborate with major oil companies such as IOCL, BPCL, HPCL, and Nayara Energy, establishing strong partnerships within the industry. Our extensive distribution network includes 27 retail outlets and employs over 400 dedicated professionals.
But the story didn't end there, Mr. Kajal Sarkar believed in building not just structures but dreams. Thus, KS Group ventured into the realm of real estate. From towering residential complexes to contemporary commercial spaces, KS Group's projects breathed life into concrete structures. Humble Beginnings
Mr. Kamal Sarkar started the company with just one tanker, stepping into the transportation industry with a dream and determination.

The fleet grew to 5 tankers, laying the foundation for what would become one of the region's largest logistics operations.

Stepping into Hospitality
Ventured into the hotel industry with the acquisition of Hotel Mayor, offering comfort, food, and top tier lodging.
Real Estate Foray
In 2015, we entered the real estate industry and later we constructed Lumina Luxaria a premium residence in 2018.
Expanded with 4–5 more premium real estate developments.
Diversification Era
- •Acquired the Huldibari Tea Estate entering the tea industry
- •Launched KS Autombile driving into the automotive sector
Education & Excellence
- •Took ownership of Jalpaiguri Institute of Technology
